"Tuft" is a photo of an adult Mountain Goat high on a mountain in Colorado. Looking at it makes me feel as though I can pull a soft bit of fur straight from its side. This image was captured during my hike of the ~14,000 foot Quandary Peak just outside Breckenridge, CO in the Summer of 2022. It is one of my favorite photographs because not only is it perfectly sharp, but it also is a favorite memory of mine, hiking that mountain during sunrise.
